About the Team
At Nutanix, you would be joining the Panacea team, a group of six highly motivated individuals based in various locations and currently focusing on upgrading Nutanix log analyzer to version 2.0. The team's primary goal is to incorporate AI/ML technologies to improve the user interface for enhanced metric and log analysis. With a strong emphasis on collaboration and innovation, the Panacea team is characterized by their energetic and enthusiastic approach to transforming Panacea 2.0 into a leading product for bug detection and analysis.
You will report to the Senior Manager of the Panacea team at Nutanix. As for the work setup, Nutanix follows a hybrid model where employees are required to work from the office for three days a week. This setup allows for a balance between in-person collaboration and remote work flexibility, fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
In terms of travel requirements, there are currently no travel obligations associated with this role, providing you with the opportunity to focus on driving innovation and excellence within the Panacea team at Nutanix.
Your Role
- Design and develop intuitive, user-friendly UI for the product panacea
- Code and test UI to ensure compatibility with different browsers
- Create UI/UX designs that enhance navigability
- Identify and fix bugs in UI to improve performance and user experience
- Collaborate with team members to understand and implement new requirements
- Translate mock designs into web pages using React.JS, TypeScript, and CSS
- Lead UI development efforts and guide junior team members
- Continuously enhance UI to make it more intuitive and faster
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years of experience in UI design and development
- Proficient in React.JS, TypeScript, and CSS
- Ability to design and develop user-friendly UI for products
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
- Experience in fixing UI bugs and optimizing performance
- Ability to collaborate with team members and translate mock designs into web pages
- Expertise in testing UI for different browsers
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
